Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at info@decembermoonjewelry.com. Upon review we will determine if store credit or exchange is deemed reasonable. We do not issue cash refunds. It is important to us that you love your new jewelry. Shipping rates may apply.
Exchange Window
You must initiate your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
How to Start an Exchange
Please email info@decembermoonjewelry.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a repair, replacement at our discretion.
Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals, water, or lack of cleaning) are not eligible for return or exchange. For a fee, you can send in your December Moon jewelry for cleaning and polishing.
